40 years of Love, Light and dealing with life’s Bullshit; I was born on a Wednesday and am indeed full of woe, as the saying goes BUT sometimes funny.

I’ve seen into the darker side of life since being touched by death from a young age. This flipped my perspective before I even knew what Life was.

My road up till now has shown me that every stage of life has its challenges and blessings. Ultimately we were born to be ourselves and no one else. Your journey will be 100% specific to you, you decide how you want to live.

It’s important to remember you aren’t in a race to finish, you are here to experience and feel as honestly and fully as you want to.

What you personally experience is what you know about life and sometimes our experiences are painful.

We need to look deeper into why we are still holding on to the past. Do we still get something out of thinking about it? No? Throw it in the Energy Trash Bin & Mental Delete that Shit.

You’ll find what you’re looking for if you’re brave enough to carry on when life is really beating the shit out of you. After all we can’t appreciate the good without going through the rough patches.

Keep your intentions with others honest and focus on being better for you.

Forget the haters, they suck ass.

You’ll figure it out.

I write journal messages as they come to me. Swearing happens, cause I like it. Words hold no power over you unless you let them. You either want Universal Truth or you want to continue with the lllusion.
